"Umm, the sizing was really off for us"
I ordered my child’s usual size and even checked the size chart, but umm, it ended up being way too small. The sleeves were tight, the length was short, and the fit just felt kind of weird overall. it wasn’t worth the hassle for us.

"Showed In Stock, Then Got Canceled"
I ordered because it said the item was in stock, but a few days later the order got canceled. Frustrating, haha, especially since I’d already spent time waiting on it...

"Order was completely wrong"
My order showed up with the wrong items, and trying to get it fixed was even more frustrating because I kept getting transferred around instead of anyone actually helping me. Annoying experience overall.

"I felt a little embarrassed I couldn’t find anything"
I felt a bit embarrassed walking around because I kept hoping I’d find something cute for my kid, but nothing really stood out. The styles felt kind of old and boring, and I just didn’t see much I’d actually want to buy.

"Packaging was disappointing"
For some reason, the box showed up all crushed, and the clothes looked like they’d just been shoved in without much care. I was expecting it to be packaged a lot better, but it came off a bit cheap and careless.

"Not sure I’d order again"
I was excited when I placed the order and everything looked fine at first. The product itself might’ve been okay, but the whole process just kind of dragged on. I kept checking the tracking, and the updates didn’t really tell me much, which got annoying after a while. By the time it finally showed up, it was way past the expected delivery date. If shipping is always like this, I probably wouldn’t order again

"The site could definitely be smoother"
The site was kind of frustrating to use. A few pages took longer than they should to load, and the checkout process wasn’t as clear as I expected. I figured it out eventually, but it could be a lot more straightforward.

"Returning this put me in such a bad mood"
I tried to do an exchange, but it just turned into a whole annoying thing. The replies were slow, and then the extra fees made it feel even more frustrating. I was already not thrilled, and the whole process definitely didn’t help.

"Cute, but kinda overpriced"
They do have some really cute stuff, not gonna lie, but the prices feel a bit too high for what you’re actually getting. I liked browsing, just didn’t feel like the value was totally there tbh.

"I really liked how the outfit looked..."
I really liked how the outfit looked when I saw it online, and it was just as cute in person at first. But once I actually felt the fabric, it seemed thinner than I expected. After the first wash, some of the stitching already started coming loose, which was disappointing. It’s not terrible, but based on my experience, I don’t think the quality matches the price.

"Customer service really didn’t help"
I emailed them twice about my order and the replies were super short, like they barely read what I was asking. Didn’t really get any clear update or an actual apology, just felt like they wanted me to stop bothering them tbh. Frustrating experiance and I don’t think I’d order from them again.
